Your Questions, My Commitment
I welcome questions about municipal services, Council decisions, budgets and taxes, roads and infrastructure, planning and development, community services, or anything else affecting you and our community.
I also want to hear your concerns, ideas and perspectives. Understanding how an issue affects you, your family, your farm, your business or your community helps me understand the whole picture.
You decide what’s important to ask about.
Questions will only be shared in the “You Asked” section with your permission. Your name, email address and identifying personal information will not be published.
How I will respond
I will respond directly whenever possible. Your contact information will only be used to respond to your message and will not be published.
If you’re looking for factual information and I know the answer, I’ll share what I know. If I don’t know, I’ll be honest about that and help you find the information where I can.
If you’re asking for my perspective, I’ll share it where I can. But I won’t pretend to have reached a conclusion when I don’t have enough information to make one responsibly.
If your question involves a decision already made by Council, I’ll be careful not to second-guess that decision without having had all the information available to Council at the time.
If an issue could come before council in the future, I won’t promise how I would vote before I’ve had the opportunity to consider the information and perspectives that need to be heard.
What I can promise is that your question or concern will be taken seriously.
